当社ソフトウェア製品の価値を紹介し興味関心を引き出し、リード案件を増やす
的確なリード案件には営業チームと連携した確実なフォローアップ
イベント・展示会でのアテンドを通したエンゲージメントとそのフォローアップ
CRMシステムへの全活動の記録とリード獲得状況について関係者へ展開
■応募資格(必須要件)
▼知識・経験
・インサイドセールス、BDR、営業業務の経験(3年以上)
・コールドコール活動に対する業務改善経験"
・新規開拓営業やアカウント営業(インサイドセールスやSMB営業経験を含む)の経験
▼スキル・能力
・電話、オンライン会話を中心とした顧客対応スキル、高いコミュニケーション能力
・成長意欲と学習行動
・自身だけでなく、チームや会社全体の成長にも貢献するために、新たな知識・スキル習得に主体的・継続的に取り組める方。
・目標達成に対する強い意欲・セルフマネジメント力(高い目標に対して主体的に行動し、達成に向けて自ら計画・実行・改善に取り組める方。)

・コールドコールでの成功体験、または多くの経験値を持っている
・ITおよび技術ソリューションに対する強い関心や知識
・特にCAD、CAE、AIなどの概要知識

・大学卒業以上が望ましい。
(短期大学・高等専門学校卒業は可。専修学校、高等学校卒業は不可)
■言語力

下記オフィスロケーションのいずれか(採用部署による)
・新横浜オフィス:神奈川県横浜市港北区新横浜 3-1-9 アリーナタワー 14階
・新宿オフィス:東京都渋谷区代々木2-2-1 小田急サザンタワー 9階

※顧客先(日本全国)訪問はございます
■待遇
・想定年収(OTE):600万円 ~ 1,400万円(基本給年額には月45時間の時間外勤務手当を含みます)
・年収構成:基本給年額:ターゲットインセンティブ年額=60:40
・支払方法:月額給与は年収の12分の1を毎月25日に支給。ターゲットインセンティブは当月分を翌月計算、翌々月支払い。
・時間外勤務手当(時間外勤務を月間で45時間を超える場合)
・深夜勤務手当
・賞与は(雇用契約書)に準ずる
・通勤手当:特急料金を除き全額支給(ただし、新幹線料金には別途定めあり)。
・退職金:企業型確定拠出年金

・コアタイムなしのフレックスタイム制(9:00~17:30を標準労働時間帯とする)
・休憩:60分
■休日
年間休日:124日
完全週休二日制(毎週土曜日・日曜日)、国民の祝日、年末年始
