■Role Overview
As a Data/CRM Specialist, you will enhance retention tools, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and manage project roll-outs. You will also oversee Salesforce and CRM performance, implement marketing initiatives, and lead data quality maintenance to improve overall business processes.
■Main Tasks Include
・Enhance retention tools by aligning requirements with stakeholders, coordinating with vendors, and managing project roll-outs.
・Execute retention operations, prepare KPI reports, lead monthly meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
・Manage Salesforce and CRM performance, implement marketing initiatives, troubleshoot systems, and maintain data quality.
・Serve as the CRM service desk contact and ensure system reliability for all users.
■Requirements
・5+ years of professional experience.
・Involvement in CRM rollout projects or system optimization efforts.
・Business level or higher English proficiency (TOEIC 800+).
・Business level or higher Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2+).
