The company is the Japanese subsidiary of a leading Asian parent company in the field of regenerative medicine. In Japan, we engage in contract manufacturing of stem cells, R&D, and management support for regenerative medicine clinics.

Established in 2013, we boast one of the highest numbers of cases in Asia for regenerative medicine, particularly autologous stem cell transplantation.


Our business includes:

  • R&D, manufacturing, import/export, and sales of cultured skin, cartilage, bone, and biological products created through cell/tissue culture or combination with artificial materials.
-Contract services for cell/tissue preservation, testing, and research. Additionally, we are actively expanding into new healthcare-related ventures, including the implementation of cell-recognition AI and telemedicine.

[Job description]

At a world-leading regenerative medicine clinic, you will be responsible for handling inquiries (via email and various SNS) from clients in Western countries, English-speaking regions, and ASEAN countries.

You will also provide interpreting services when clients visit the clinic.

[Requirements]

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N1 level
  • English Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent level
  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of full time work experience
[Preferred requirements]

  • Fluency in Thai language
  • Experience in medical interpretation
  • Background in customer support or customer service
  • Experience in sales
  • Knowledge or experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
