[Job description]
At a world-leading regenerative medicine clinic, you will be responsible for handling inquiries (via email and various SNS) from clients in Western countries, English-speaking regions, and ASEAN countries.
You will also provide interpreting services when clients visit the clinic.[Requirements]
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N1 level
- English Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent level
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of full time work experience
- Fluency in Thai language
- Experience in medical interpretation
- Background in customer support or customer service
- Experience in sales
- Knowledge or experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
