About the Role

At TikTok, our Gaming Creator team is dedicated to empowering our community of creators, driving high-quality content production, and fostering engagement and adoption through scaled content and education programs.

This role will be instrumental in developing, supporting, and executing large-scale gaming product programs, ensuring participation and product adoption from gaming creators on the platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with various product teams, local and regional XFN teams, and key stakeholders to identify program opportunities, outline strategies, and track progress towards goals.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in creator and content ecosystems, experience managing creators, and exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale gaming product programs to drive participation and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify program opportunities and develop strategies.
  • Work with local and regional XFN teams to rollout scaled product adoption frameworks and programs.
  • Align on measurement plans and set OKRs with key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate program progress and incorporate improvement tweaks in real-time.
  • BUILD strong relationships with XFN teams to operationalize product programs.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree and 3+ years of working experience in creator and content ecosystems.
  • Previous experience managing creators and driving impact across teams and geographies.
  • Exceptional creator/partner management capabilities.
  • Fluent English language skills required.
  • PREFERRED Qualifications: Exemplary interpersonal, analytical skills, strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, experience working in cross-functional environments, and Video Gaming industry experience.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
