ドコモインフォメーションセンターで

各種お問い合わせや手続きをお任せします☆

・今使っている料金プランの見直しをしたい

⇒システムで確認し、より良いプランをご提案♪

※システムが最適なプランとご案内トーク例を出してくれるので安心です

・スマホが壊れたかもしれない、確認をしたい

⇒専門センターに引継ぎ(転送)で対応完了♪

・引っ越したので住所変更をしたい

⇒聞き間違いがないように気を付けながら専用システムに入力するだけ♪

■ノルマや営業電話をかけることはありますか?

⇒ありませんインバウンド(受電)対応のみです♪

■ドコモもコールセンターも初めてですが大丈夫ですか?

⇒大丈夫ですドコモに関する知識やプラン・サービスの内容に電話のマナーまで、未経験を前提とした丁寧な研修でしっかりと学べます♪

■料金プランやサービスが沢山あって覚えられるか不安です

⇒いつでも確認できるマニュアル(PC格納)が自席に完備されているので、都度見ながらのご案内でOKです探しきれない時や不安な時も先輩やリーダーに聞きやすい環境なのでご安心ください♪

アピールポイント:

■月収30万円以上可能☆

■さらにプラス手当(インセンティブ/MAX15,000円)あり

※手当の評価基準は受電数や勤怠です、頑張った分が反映されてやる気もアップ↑↑

■給茶機・自動販売機・マッサージチェアが設置されたリフレッシュルームあり

■「オンライン接客」を行う場合は、MAX2,080円まで時給が上がります↑↑

■勤務時間:8:45~17:15、休憩1時間

■勤務日:平日のみ

■研修中:時給1,750円

■フルスキル着台翌月1日:時給1,980円
