【募集背景】
当社は、SNSマーケティングプラットフォーム『OWNLY』を軸に、累計940ブランド以上のSNSプロモーションを支援してきました。2025年12月よりMBS(毎日放送)グループに参画し、安定した資本基盤と放送メディアという強力なアセットを獲得。これにより、放送メディアとデジタルを掛け合わせた次世代マーケティングの創出という新たなフェーズに突入しました。
このような大きな転換期を迎える中で、MBSグループの巨大なアセットを最大限に活かし、代理店チャネルを通じて事業を爆発的に成長させるための「仕組み」を確立することが喫緊の課題となっています。単に営業を行うだけでなく、戦略的なパートナーシップを構築し、それを牽引するプレイングマネージャーとして、パートナーセールス部門をリードしてくれる責任者を募集しています。事業の成長をさらに加速させるため、この重要なミッションを担っていただける方をお迎えしたいと考えています。

スマートシェア株式会社は、「すべてのコミュニケーションを価値あるものに」という理念のもと、SNSマーケティングプラットフォーム『OWNLY』の開発・運営を行っています。X(旧Twitter)、Instagram、LINEなど複数のSNSキャンペーンを一元管理し、15種類以上のキャンペーン手法を回数無制限で実行可能。UGC(ユーザー生成コンテンツ)の収集・活用までをカバーすることで、累計940ブランド超のSNSプロモーションを支援し、年間約5,000件のキャンペーン実績を誇ります。

【業務内容】
パートナーセールス責任者として、代理店チャネルを通じた事業拡大を牽引していただきます。MBSグループへの参画によって生まれた放送局のアセットと自社プロダクト『OWNLY』を組み合わせた、これまでにない代理店向けパッケージをときにはゼロから企画・設計し、実行していくことがミッションです。
具体的には、以下の業務をお任せします。
・戦略立案と実行
MBSグループのアセットを活用した新たなアライアンス戦略の立案と実行。これまでの累計900ブランド超の導入実績から得られたナレッジをアセット化し、代理店への提案資料や勝ちパターンを組織的に構築します。
・新規代理店開拓とリレーション構築
主要な広告代理店やコンサルティングファームなど、新たなパートナー企業の開拓、および既存パートナーとの関係強化、共同での事業開発。
・プレイングマネージャー業務
自身もプレイヤーとして最前線で代理店との交渉・提案を行いながら、部門全体の目標達成に向けた戦略策定、メンバーの育成・マネジメントを行います。
・仕組み作りと組織構築
拡大する事業フェーズに合わせて、パートナーセールス・アライアンスの立ち上げを担っていただきます。組織体制、営業プロセス、評価制度などの仕組みを構築し、持続的な成長を可能にする基盤を整備します。
・MBSグループとの連携強化
MBSグループ内の多様な部門と密接に連携し、テレビ番組・IP(知的財産)・VTuber等とSNSを連動させた新しい広告・販促モデルを共同で開発、代理店への提供を推進します。

- 代理店チャネルを通じたセールス戦略の立案および実行経験

年俸 7,008,000円~10,008,000円(固定残業代含む)
※12割して1/12を月々支給。
※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず40時間分を、月139,080円~198,600円支給。
※上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給。
