仕事内容


言葉の力を磨き、論理的な思考を育む。静かな熱気が満ちる『国語専門の学習スクール』の運営を、バックオフィスから支える経理スタッフを募集します。教材費や模試の費用管理、講師への報酬支払い、月謝の管理などを通じて、生徒さんが安心して学びに没頭できる環境を整えるのがあなたの役目です。数字を扱う正確さに加え、知性を育む教育事業の成長を支えてくださる方をお待ちしています。

請求書発行、帳票作成、入出金管理、経費精算、決算対応などを通じて、成長事業の安定した運営を支えていただきます。

経験のある領域から始め、スキルに応じて幅広くチャレンジ可能です。

【主な業務内容】

・請求書の発行、帳票作成、月次書類のファイリング

・銀行窓口での入出金やネットバンキングを使った振込業務

・現金出納帳の作成、経費精算・インセンティブ管理

・勘定科目明細や損益表、資金繰表の作成

・月次決算や半期決算対応

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 29万9000円 〜 34万1000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万1000円 〜 5万9000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり28時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

【メンバークラス】月給35万円~+賞与年2回

【リーダークラス】月給38万円~40万円+賞与年2回

490万円/管理スタッフ 入社1年目:29歳(月給35万円+賞与)

560万円/管理スタッフ 入社3年目:34歳(月給40万円+賞与)

オシャレな街"代官山"駅近くにあるオフィスでのお仕事。その中で管理部門という重要なバックオフィス領域を担う部門なので"関係者達と円滑なコミュニケーションを図りつつ、安定した事業運営の一部をご担当いただきます。
