Job Description
As a Service Engineer with MTU Japan, you will be responsible in supporting customers/OEMS/Service Partner, including field service activities.

Key Accountabilities:
•Providing support to OEMs' service network
•Leading and coordinating MTU's service partners nationwide.
•Installation of MTU engines and related equipment at customers' premises in accordance with MTU standards.
•Giving advice to customers to ensure optimal engine performance
•Advising Service Partners and customers on maintenance & repair works in accordance with MTU standards Responsible for applying Warranty/Goodwill through MTU application system and controlling the progress.
Qualifications:
•Engineering skills to promote and develop technical understanding and solutions to customers
•4-5 years of relevant working experience
•Technical competency to understand engine mechanics and technology
•Familiarity with industrial off-highway market in Japan
•Capacity to communicate and foster constructive dialogue with colleagues and customers
•Comprehensive English and Native Japanese language skills a must.
