仕事内容:
フィールドエンジニアとして弊社が販売した手術台、手術用照明器、シーリングサプライユニットの搬入、設置、点検、保守保全作業を通じて、
各製品の正常動作と性能を維持し、故障等の不具合を未然に防ぐためのメンテナンス提案とサポートを行っております。
また万が一の故障等の不具合発生時も迅速な訪問対応と早期問題解決に向けた、原因究明、必要に応じた部品交換作業を行い、安全に安心して治療を行うためのトータルサポートをしております。
入社後は弊社認定トレーナーによるテクニカルトレーニングを受講し、エンジニアとして必要な知識と技術の習得をしていただくとともに、
トレーナーや先輩エンジニアのOJTにより実践的な技術の習得の場を提供しております。
必要な知識、技術習得後は、担当エリアを持ち、担当顧客からの問い合わせや点検などの要望に対し、所属オフィスのエンジニアと連携の上、迅速な対応とサポートを提供しております。

必要な経験・スキル:
必須
- フィールドサービスエンジニア、セールスエンジニア、テクニカルサポート業務いずれかの経験があることが望ましい。(機器メンテナンスや修理のご経験ある方歓迎)

- 修理業第3区分資格

給与
- 想定年収: 400~600 万円(経験・スキルに応じて決定。賞与含む)
- 月額給与:基本給( 248,000 円~ 360,000 円)+固定残業代 30h 分( 62,000 円~ 90,000 円)
- 賞与:年 1 回
- 給与改定:年 1 回
