株式会社 Fact Baseは、製造業の現場を変革するSaaSプロダクト「ズメーン」を展開しています。設立2年半で総額23.5億円の資金調達を実現し、急成長を続けるスタートアップです。あなたには、製造業向け図面管理・受発注SaaS「ズメーン」の法人向けフィールドセールスをお任せします。

【具体的な業務内容】

・営業リストの作成(地域ごとに担当を持ち、会社方針と適性で決定)

・電話やDMによるアポイント獲得(電話が9割、リスト作成から実施)

・商談・クロージング(1日4~5件、効率重視でインサイドセールスと分業)

・導入時のオンボーディング(初回システム説明会)

・既存顧客のフォロー(システム操作の問い合わせ対応など)

【入社後のサポート体制】

・キーエンス出身の代表や経営陣による、仕組み化された営業組織

・製造業界やプロダクトのインプット期間を設け、パーソナルコーチ(メンター)による手厚いフォロー

・2~3ヶ月を目安に独り立ちを予定

【成長できる環境】

・営業未経験・業界未経験でもOK

・大手企業出身者が多数在籍し、20~30代が中心の活気ある組織

・IPOを目指し、海外展開も本格始動中

高収入・好待遇 年収496万円~1200万円

年収は496万円~1200万円。賞与年2回(実績4ヶ月分)や住宅手当、役職手当など福利厚生も充実。営業成果に応じて高収入を目指せます。
