【仕事内容】
本ポジションでは、地域交通を活性化するドライバー職のキャリア形成をリードするキャリアアドバイザーとして、newジョブ事業(新規人材紹介事業の立ち上げ)に従事いただきます。
【newジョブとは】
2025年8月にリリースしたばかりのエッセンシャルワーカー市場に特化した人材事業です。
交通事業者として培った採用力をエッセンシャルワーカー市場全体の採用支援に活用し、求職者と企業のマッチングを通じて社会課題の解決に挑んでいます。
【業務詳細】
・ドライバー職を中心とした求職者との面談対応・キャリアヒアリング
・求職者のニーズに基づいた最適なマッチングの提案・応募サポート
・応募後の面接対策・応募書類作成のフォロー
・内定、内定承諾、入社までのフォローアップ
など
最先端の技術を活用したタクシー事業のDXを進めていますが、人材紹介事業でも同様に、テクノロジーの力で既存のキャリアアドバイザー業務の生産性を圧倒的に高めていこうと検討しています。
既存の人材紹介企業では難しい、内製システムの構築やAI活用を圧倒的なスピードで進めることで、一人ひとりのキャリアアドバイザーが成果を出せる環境を構築していきます。

9:00 始業・チームミーティング(朝会)
11:00 求職者へ架電・オンライン面談、ニーズをヒアリング
12:00 ランチ休憩、チームの人と近所のお店へ
13:00 これから面接を受ける求職者の方と面接対策
14:00 求職者へ架電・オンライン面談
16:00 チームメンバーとの相談
18:00 退勤

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)
コアタイム11:00〜14:00
時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均30時間
【給与】
450万円〜650万円
月給制 基本給275000円〜
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月45時間分として99700円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
