【仕事内容】
有料老人ホーム(定員25人)におけるチーフ業務をお願いします。
〇ミーティングや研修の企画、運営
〇OJTの実施やホーム長のサポート業務
〇食事・入浴・排泄介助
〇起床・就寝介助
〇口腔ケア
〇バイタルチェック
〇トランスファー・体位変換
〇服薬介助
〇機能訓練サポート
〇記録入力
〇レクリエーションの企画・実行

月給:329,300円 ~ 395,400円

・基本給 216,000円〜236,000円
・資格手当 15,000円〜40,000円
・役職手当 10,000円〜30,000円
・夜勤手当 30,000円(6,000円/回)※月5回想定
・処遇改善手当1 58,300円〜59,400円

4,301,600円〜5,094,800円(賞与含む)
※賞与年2回支給(ただし、在籍6か月未満は対象外)
