仕事内容
意匠設計JR東日本グループ年収~750万"駅×まちづくり"に挑戦リモート併用可新宿駅
【仕事内容】
- JR東日本営業エリアの様々な建物(駅舎・付帯施設・駅ビル・商業施設・ホテル・線路上空複合開発など)の新築・改修のための意匠設計業務全般をお任せします。
- JR東日本100%出資企業。鉄道建築・商業建築において日本トップクラスの実績をもつ一級建築士事務所にて、意匠設計・設計監理業務をお任せします。
【具体的には】
- JR東日本担当者や行政担当者との打合せやプレゼン対応(資料収集・作成含む)
- 企画段階から空間全体のデザインを担当。
- 協力事務所への指示だしや成果物の確認などのプロジェクト管理。
ー意匠設計担当として[鉄道建築][線路上空複合開発(TOD)][商業建築]の3分野がワンチームとしてプロジェクトに関わっています。
