配車管理業務を主に担っていただく

正社員を新たに募集します。

物流の主役は"ドライバー"。

配車管理はそんなドライバーを

オフィスから支える"相棒"のような存在。

配送ルートやスケジュールの調整、

トラブル発生時の対応など、

安心・安全に配送業務を行えるように

サポートをしていただきます。

今回は、未経験向けの育成枠採用

学歴や経験は一切関係なく、

時間をかけてじっくり育てていく予定です。

【仕事内容詳細】

  • 海上コンテナ配送の配送管理業務。

・配送ルート作成

・ドライバーへの運行指示

・ドライバーの安全管理 など

ドライバーと積極的に

コミュニケーションを取りながら、

安心安全な配送のサポートをお願いします。

荷主からの依頼対応は、

サポート事務スタッフが受けているため

弊社の運行管理はドライバーへの

指示・管理が中心になります。

<入社後の流れ>

まずは運行管理補佐として

先輩社員の隣で補助業務から始め、

動き方や指示の出し方など

基本的なことから学んでいただきます。

最低でも1年ほどは

運行管理補佐としてじっくり業務を覚え、

その後は、少しずつ独り立ちしていき、

配車管理業務を本格的に担当。

数ヶ月間だけの研修ではなく、

年単位で時間をかけて育てていくので

未経験も安心できる職場環境ですよ。

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 25万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり35時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
