Job Description

・欧米プライバシー担当者と連携し、プライバシー・個人情報のアクセスと利用に関するグローバル共通の規程・手順書類の策定、

日本・アジア地域での導入運用、維持、監視(保護対象保健情報(PHI)、企業機密専有情報を含む)

・日本・アジア地域において、プライバシー・個人情報保護に係る法規制遵守を促進する 

・プライバシー・個人情報保護に係るグローバル規程類、ならびに各国で定められたプライバシー・個人情報保護要件の

運用を確実にする 

・プライバシーバイデザイン戦略を促進する 

・個人情報監査の実施、プライバシー・個人情報保護管理における各種助言 

・第三者(サードパーティ)との個人データ使用に関する合意書案の作成、交渉、実行において法務チームと連携する 

・必要に応じてビジネス部門に対して、プライバシーの影響についてのガイダンスを提供する 

・プライバシー・個人情報に係る法規制、およびベストプラクティスの動向を把握する 

【資格・必須要件】

・プライバシー・個人情報保護に関連する実務経験(最低5年以上) 

・プライバシー・個人情報保護関連法規制や原則の高度な理解と実務知識 

・日本/アジア各国のプライバシーに、ローカルのプライバシー関連の要件、現地当局の慣行(当局の要請の扱い)に詳しい 

・口頭または文書にて、明瞭簡潔で系統だったコミュニケーションが可能 

・該当する領域でプロジェクトの管理の経験を有する 

・調査、データ分析、企画、プレゼンテーション能力が高い 

・ビジネスレベルでの語学力(日本語・英語) 

日本語:会話レベル 

英語:TOEIC860以上 

【歓迎要件】

・製薬、医療機器業界または製薬、医療機器の生産分野にて、5年以上の幅広い経験 

・2カ国以上での実務経験、または多国籍企業での関連する経験。できれば、製薬、エネルギー、銀行金融などの

 高度に規制されたセクターが望ましい 

・法律の学位 

・米連邦法、州法律および欧州その他の国際的なプライバシー、データ保護法の高度な理解 

・プライバシー、セキュリティに関する法律の高度な理解(以下を含む、HIPAA、カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法CCPA、

 CAN-SPAMGDPR法、APECプライバシーフレームワーク、種々のプライバシー、情報セキュリティに関する州及び現地法) 

・CIPP資格(International Association of Privacy Professionals)またはセキュリティプロフェッショナル(CISM,

CISSP)が望ましい

・年収:700万円~1200万円(月給:38万円~57万円)

・雇用形態:正社員

・勤務地:東京

・勤務時間:9:00~17:30(休憩60分)
