【具体的な仕事内容】
【ICT活用で生徒の活躍の幅を広げる新しいカタチの学校/教育×多彩なキャリアパスが描ける/年休123日・正社員・残業20H程】
■業務内容:
生徒が各地のキャンパスに通学する「通学コース」のキャンパス職員採用となります。通学コースでは高校卒業資格取得のための必修授業を受けながら、さらにプロジェクト学習やグループディスカッション・プログラミング・語学などを通して総合力を身につけます。生徒の育成および、彼らが登校するキャンパスの運営がメインのお仕事です。
■業務詳細:
(1)プロジェクト学習の授業の実施:当学園オリジナル授業のプロジェクトNや21世紀型スキル学習などPBL(プロジェクト学習)の実施
(2)生徒指導・コーチング:日常の生徒との交流や目標達成シートを使った個別のコーチング面談を通して、生徒が主体的に目標の設定と計画を立てるサポートし、目標に向かって伴走します。
(3)保護者様との関係作り:保護者様とのコミュニケーションで信頼関係を築き、生徒をサポートするための協力体制を作ります。
(4)キャンパス運営:生徒の学びとコミュニケーションの拠点であるキャンパスを常に最適な状態に保つための多様な運営業務を行います。
(生徒の出欠管理、キャンパスの設備や環境の維持管理など)
(5)人材育成:インターンとして勤務する大学生TA(Teaching Asisstant)の採用と育成(活躍できる社会人としての基礎を身につけることを目的としています)

■N高グループの特徴:
N高等学校は沖縄県知事の認可を受け2016年4月に開校、2021年4月には茨城県にS高等学校、2025年4月には群馬県にR高等学校を開校致しました。今では学園合わせて3万人を超える生徒数になります。
