仕事内容


携帯電話のアンテナ設置場所提供の賃貸借契約を締結している、契約者向けのコールセンターです。

<主な対応>

・契約関連、設備不具合の申告などに関する問合せ対応

・全国に存在する各地域担当へ問合せを取次ぎ

・市町村などの行政機関からの、アンテナ設置契約の更新手続きに関する問合せ対応

・アンテナ設置場所(建物)の法令停電の問合せ受付

・氏名変更や住所移転などの、書類の不備に関する確認
