Job Purpose:
エキスパートセールス(REP)は、担当エリアのセグメンテーションとターゲティングに基づいた活動計画達成に責任を持つ。そのために、オーラルヘルス業界・患者(消費者)・サイエンス・会社戦略・エキスパート戦略の深い理解をもとに効果的な訪問とディテーリング活動を通じ、弊社製品の推奨を最大化し、患者(消費者)の日々の健康への貢献を実現する。なお、このポジションは歯科医療機関・団体を訪問しディテーリング活動を実施する営業外勤職である。

【業務内容】

• 会社戦略とエキスパート戦略への深い理解をもとに、担当エリアのセグメンテーションとターゲティング戦略に基づく効果的かつ効率的な営業活動計画を策定し、テリトリーマネージャーと合意した訪問・ディテーリング活動を行う。
• セグメンテーション&ターゲティングに基づいた歯科診療所への訪問活動の効果的・効率的な訪問計画を策定する。 対象となる製品カテゴリーの歯科医療従事者からの効果的なサンプリングおよび推奨を獲得するための活動を実行する。 歯科医療機関の訪問によるディテーリング活動 歯科医療従事者の集まる会合(例:地区歯科医師会、デンタルショーなど)などのタッチポイントにおけるセミナー開催 マルチチャネルディテーリング(メール、リモート、Webinar、ダイレクトメールなど)の効果的な活用 歯科医師会・歯科衛生士会と協働する機会を模索し、セミナー等を提案・実行し連携を強化する ターゲット先における推奨を獲得するための活動計画をテリトリーマネージャーと合意し、必要に応じてエリアキーアカウントマネージャー(トレードセールス)との協業を視野に入れた年間活動計画を策定し、テリトリーマネージャーに提案を行い実行する
• Max Oral実現に向け、エリアのメンバーだけでなくエキスパートチーム全体の活動によい影響を与える提案、助言を積極的に提言する。
• 疾患啓発および製品価値を届けるための能力向上に積極的に取り組む。 よりよいチーム作りのためのストレートトークによる提案、適切なフィードバックを行うことを心がけるコンプライアンスを遵守し、会社の評判を高めるための規律ある活動を行う。

必須条件

• 専門・短大卒業以上
• 3年以上の営業経験又は業務経験
• 要普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
