業務内容:
- サービスオペレーションチームで、主に納品済みの自社純水・超純水装置の電話・メール応対(使用方法やトラブルシューティングなど)を行っていただきます。
- 電話応対で技術員派遣が必要と判断された場合、見積もり作成、サービスマン(修理)の手配、部品手配、作業終了後の売り上げ処理も行っていただきます
応募条件:
- セールスサポート、電話対応の経験1年以上ある方優遇
- 機械修理等(PC、車等)の技術経験ある方優遇
- TOEIC 500点以上程度の英語力の方優遇
- SFDC経験ある方優遇
- 理化学・医療機器系の業界経験ある方優遇
- 勤務地 東京本社
新人装置研修で製品や構造、原理について学んでいただきます。
海外トレーニング数年に1回程度あり
サービス系のマニュアルは英語になります
