業務内容
・生物、化学、分析用研究用試薬・機器等について、大学・企業ユーザー、販売店、社内営業からの技術的問合せ(品質苦情対応含む)の電話・メール対応。オンライン面談。
・30万点以上の製品ラインナップから、研究者のニーズを把握した上で、最適な製品やソリューションを提案します。
・担当外製品の技術問合せに関しても、WEBや資料をみながら可能な限り対応していただきます。
応募条件
・理学(化学または生物)、農学、薬学、工学など理系の大学または大学院卒
・ケミカル(有機合成)、材料科学、バイオロジー(薬物動態、次世代シークエンサーなど)、組織染色の経験者歓迎
・大学または企業での研究経験、または企業での技術営業、、テクニカルサービス経験者歓迎
・英語:TOEIC700点以上 (海外とのメール・電話でのやり取り、英語文献の読解)
・コミュニケーション能力が高く、難しい課題にも周りと協力して対応する力があること(チームワーク)
・新しいことにチャレンジすることができる方
