Responsibilities include
:
- Supporting identification and collection of competitive technical product information
- Providing market-specific claims, merchandising information, and Distributor selling points, demos, and practices for current generation benchmark products.
- Partnering with peers in global R&D to identify local, externally-sourced
products/technologies
- Supporting in-market sample screening and product optimization research
- In collaboration with corporate R&D, facilitating review of global claims plan with affiliate marketing and developing market-specific claims testing plan
- Supporting global claims substantiation planning and testing
- Facilitating communication of technical information from global team to affiliate marketing
• Facilitating review of technical information in market to help develop Marketing Assets
• Answering technical and claims questions with support from global R&D resources
• Reviewing and providing feedback on FAQ documents - Conducting product education sessions in market where appropriate with presentation material and training from global R&D resources

Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology or related scientific discipline

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:
- Strong background in Nutrition area
- Chemical composition, structure and properties of substances and transformations they undergo toward the optimization of product engineering, development or formulation
- Research/experimental methods including data analysis
- Product development processes, principles and practices including the critical design and development phases of a project from development through delivery
- Project Management principles including planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling technical activities; Identification, assessment & mitigation of risk
- Effectively communicating and presenting technical data (both verbally and written) to influence multiple audiences in English and relevant market language.
- Applying scientific research principles and practices, experimental design and execution, interpreting and evaluating research findings
- Processing, documenting and providing timely information with a high level of accuracy in a usable format
- Evaluating propositions or hypotheses and making judgments on the basis of well-supported evidence
- Use of related analytical or scientific software, databases and applications to include use of typical office suite software packages
