Roles & Responsibilities:
・Create and implement the brand or therapeutic area specific Omni channel marketing strategy across customer segments and channels
・Lead planning and execution of strategically aligned tactics including development of marketing contents in collaboration with Product Marketing
・Partner with cross functional team (RD product marketing/RD medical/IT/Operation) to ensure Omni channel strategy and tactics align with brand plan
・Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to develop KPIs and measure ROI
・Manage brand digital marketing budget
・Effectively manage partner agencies (3rd party)
・Partner with compliance, legal, and governance teams to ensure proper policies and procedures are followed for all projects
Experiences / Knowledge / Skills
・Leadership, Ownership mind
・Demonstrated strategic thinking and initiative
・Developing product or therapeutic area specific omni channel marketing strategy
・Leading new digital initiatives
・Expertise with data, tools and vendors related to digital / omni-channel
・Project management skills
・Multichannel/omnichannel pharmaceutical experience throughout product life cycle (launch and mature products)
・Good communicator/ facilitator
・English fluency
