仕事内容:

【主な業務内容】

・生徒さんからの質問対応(テンプレートあり)

・運営チームとのやり取り(完全オンライン)

・新人スタッフさんへのレクチャー

・必要に応じた資料作成や事務サポート

・各SNSの運用サポート

公務員試験の知識がなくてもOKです。

レクチャー動画やOJT研修があるため、未経験でも安心してスタートできます。

生徒さんの「合格」が見える、やりがいの大きいお仕事です。

・社会人としての就業経験、またはインターン経験がある方

・基本的なPC操作ができる方(Slack、LINE、Googleドライブなど)

勤務時間・曜日:

基本的に毎日ご対応いただきますが、

働き方はフリーランスに近く、自由度は非常に高いです。

出社可能な方が採用優先となります。

Slackでのお仕事となります。

・固定拘束なし

・その日の業務が完了すれば終了でOK

・自分のペースで進められる柔軟なスタイル

休暇・休日:

業務委託のため、

お休みの取り方はご自身で柔軟に調整いただけます。

・対応可能な時間帯の中で、無理のない範囲で業務をお任せします

・急なお休みや予定変更も、事前共有をいただければ調整可能です

・業務が完了していれば、その日の作業終了で問題ありません

・長期休暇なども事前相談により取得できます

・リモート勤務が中心ですが、必要に応じてオフィスへの出社があります

・成果や対応品質に応じて、最初の3ヶ月以内でも単価UPの可能性あり

・長期的に継続いただける場合、業務量や貢献度に応じて報酬を見直し
