【仕事内容】

道内企業が抱える各種課題に対するコンサルティング業務をお任せします。

お任せする領域は下記を一例とし、経験・スキルに応じて配属いたします。

【経理BPOコンサルタント】

経理のBPOを行っているコンサルティング案件にて、経理代行業務のプロジェクトの管理。また、経理の伝票仕分け、入力作業などの事務作業を行うアシスタント数名のマネジメントと、プロジェクトマネージャーへの報告、IPO中のクライエントの経理業務の管理体制構築に向け、適宜クライエントへのコンサルティング業務。

【人事制度コンサルタント】

理念ビジョンや経営戦略を踏まえた組織・人事戦略の策定、人事制度コンセプトの策定、人事制度の詳細設計、人事制度の導入・運用支援、その他コンサルティング業務。

【経営コンサルタント】

経営戦略立案、中期経営計画立案、経営理念の策定、人事制度構築、原価管理手法の構築、経理BPO、SGDs、業務効率化、IT化・DX化、事業承継、従業員研修企画などの各種コンサルティング業務。

【研修コンサルタント】

研修部門の専任者として、顧客企業の抱える課題を整理し、研修の企画から、講師として研修を実施、研修の運営・フォローアップまでを実施。

  • クライアントに寄り添い、実際に運用できるように伴走して支援を続けます

【年収・給与】

想定年収:400万円~800万円月給:25万円~50万円※固定残業代94,683円~189,366円(45時間分)を含む (超過分は別途支給)※知識・経験に応じて決定いたします※月に1/16ずつ支給し、6月・12月に残りを賞与として2/16ずつ支給※昇給あり(年1回)※賞与あり(年2回)
