部署・サービスについて
BTM事業グループは、「出張管理サービスRacco」を法人向けに提供しています。BTMはビジネス・トラベル・マネジメントの略です。

どのようなビジネスにおいても、対面でのコミュニケーションは必須であり、今後も出張は無くなることはありません。また、適切なBTMツールを導入することで、従業員の出張は手配から精算まで一括管理ができ、コスト削減を図ることはもちろん、利便性の向上によって、生産性を高めることができます。

ポジション:
募集背景
楽天グループを代表するBtoBサービスとして、実績を伸ばしてきました。今後は、グループ全体でもBtoBサービスの充実を図る方針があります。

近年は多くの法人がBTMを導入しており、自社従業員の出張を可視化し、管理する傾向が高まっているため、注目されている業界の一つです。BTM業界も多種多様な働き方にあわせて、あらゆる施策をもって法人、提携先を強く支援するための人員体制の強化と、新しいアイデア・実行力を求めています。

業務内容
「出張管理サービスRacco」は、大手旅行代理店を初めとする様々なアライアンス企業(提携先)と提携しており、オンラインブッキングシステムもより高度で複雑なものを提供しています。

こうしたシステムのスムーズな運用フォローから、請求に関するシステムの設定作業、テクニカルなQA、エラーが発生した場合のリカバリ対応など、営業チームやカスタマーサポートチームを支援する業務を担当いただきます。

データベースと接続されたTableauでのデータ分析や、AIの活用も可能となっており、Pythonなどのコードを活用した作業効率化の実施もしやすく、風通しの良いオープンな環境です。

若手メンバーの成長促進も担うリーダーとして業務をお任せします。

提携先(法人側)のシステム(技術)部門の方と直接お話することもあります。

英語の使用場面は基本的な業務ではありませんが、必要に応じて楽天内の技術者や提携先システム担当者(外国籍の方)と会話が発生します。

働く環境
BTM事業グループは、マーケティングからシステムサポートまで、多彩な部門に分かれてサービスを運用しています。

人数は約20人で、20代・30代を中心に若手メンバーを中心とした構成で、穏やかで明るく、朗らかな雰囲気のグループです。

楽天グループの異なる事業部から転籍した社員や、中途社員も在籍しています。様々なバックグラウンドを持つ方が活躍されています。

必須要件:
・日本語での高度なコミュニケーションスキル

・Webシステムの設計や開発経験(プログラミング言語不問)

・DB(SQL)の経験

歓迎要件:
・データ分析ツール(Tableau等)やSaaSを活用した業務経験

・サーバーの保守・運用

・Webシステム開発のリーダーまたはリードエンジニアの経験

・Webシステムの新規開発から運用開発までの一貫した経験

・TOEIC 800点以上(もしくは同程度の英語力を保有している資格の証明、英語圏の大卒以上の学位証明ができること)
