募集背景・業務概要:

人材サービスのAPI基盤を安定運用し、連携先の拡大に備える体制を整えています。運用保守を中心に改善を進めるため、経験者を増員します。改善提案を歓迎する方針です。お任せする業務:

運用保守メインで、APIの監視やログ調査、軽微な改修を担当いただきます。ドキュメント整備と改善提案を行い、運用効率を高めます。再発防止策の実行にも関わります。障害傾向を分析して監視項目を見直し、安定稼働を支えます。運用レポートの精度を高め、改善点を共有します。

レビューの観点を明確にし、品質のばらつきを抑えます。

監視指標の見直しを進め、早期検知を強化します。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現
