職務概要


APAC地域を担当するデータセンター建設プログラムにおいて、日本国内プロジェクトを中心に支援する

データセンター・スケジューラーを募集しています。

本ポジションでは、建設スケジュールのレビュー・分析・報告を通じて、プロジェクトの予測精度および納期遵守の向上を担います。社内チームおよびゼネコンと連携し、複数プロジェクトを横断してスケジュール管理の高度化を推進します。

主な業務内容

  • ゼネコンが作成した建設スケジュールのレビューおよび健全性評価

  • ベースラインスケジュール策定の主導・支援

  • スケジュール上のリスクや遅延要因の特定および改善提案

  • Time Impact Analysis(TIA)およびリカバリースケジュールのレビュー

  • キャパシティ計画を支えるハイレベルなマスタースケジュールの作成・管理

  • ステークホルダー向けの定期的なスケジュールレポート作成

  • 意思決定を支援するシナリオ分析(What-if分析)の実施

  • As-builtデータの収集およびスケジュール基準・ベンチマーク整備への貢献

  • スケジュールKPIおよびダッシュボード構築のサポート

  • スケジュールレビュー会議の主導

  • 設計、プリコンストラクション、調達、PMチームとの横断的な連携

必須スキル・経験

  • 建設プロジェクトにおけるクリティカルパス法(CPM)の深い理解

  • ゼネコンスケジュールのレビューおよび課題抽出の実務経験

  • Primavera P6 または Microsoft Project の使用経験

  • 遅延分析、Time Impact Analysis、リカバリープラン策定の経験

  • 図面・仕様書を読み解き、スケジュール妥当性を判断できる能力

  • アーンドバリューマネジメント(EVM)を用いた進捗管理経験

  • 複数プロジェクトを並行して管理できる能力

  • 技術的でない関係者にも分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション力

  • Excelの高度な操作スキル(ダッシュボード連携経験があれば尚可)

学歴・バックグラウンド

  • 建設管理、工学、ビジネス等の学士号

  • 建設スケジューリングまたはプロジェクトコントロール分野での10年以上の実務経験

  • データセンターまたはミッションクリティカル施設の経験は歓迎

  • PSP、PMPなどの資格保有者は尚可

APAC Data Center Scheduler


Work Style: Remote

Travel: Up to 50% within Japan

Overview


We are seeking an experienced APAC Data Center Scheduler to support data center construction programs, with a primary focus on projects located in Japan.

This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and reporting construction schedules to improve predictability and on-time delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and general contractors across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess general contractor construction schedules

  • Lead and support baseline schedule development

  • Identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation strategies

  • Review Time Impact Analyses and recovery schedules

  • Develop and maintain high-level master schedules

  • Prepare regular schedule reports for stakeholders

  • Perform scenario and "what-if" schedule analysis

  • Collect as-built data and support benchmark development

  • Support scheduling KPIs and dashboard creation

  • Lead schedule review meetings

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, pre-construction, supply chain, and PM teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling

  • Experience reviewing contractor schedules

  • Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project experience

  • Delay analysis and recovery planning experience

  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications

  • Earned value management experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills

  • Advanced Excel skills; dashboard experience a plus

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • 10+ years of construction scheduling or project controls experience

  • Data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred

  • PSP or PMP certification is a plus
