Job Description: Electrical Site Manager


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage electric project operations from initiation to completion.
  • Supervise on-site teams and ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for effective project execution.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Implement and manage construction processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination between various departments and stakeholders.
  • Monitor supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in project management are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical site management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and site supervision.
