Job Summary
What you will do
· Responsible for oversight of all site activities (site establishment, installation supervision of mechanical and electrical, commissioning preparation) in project execution.
· Coordinate all OHS activities on site.
· Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (the contract) with customer and suppliers and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.
· Breakdown and plan the site activities into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to installation budget.
· Drive productivity in project through utilization of processes and tools.
· Manage scope changes and communicate these to Project Manager.
· Maintain communication and documentation for all site activities according to project communication plan.
· Give input to lesson learned for improvement or development of processes and tools.
We believe you have
· Minimum 5 years of experience in installation module, machine field, project or site management, ideally for engineering service industry
· Experience in project management, site management or installation management for Beverage and Dairy project is an advantage.
· Able to travel to support customer on site
· Able to work outside of office hours when required. (Some weekend must be work).
· Verbal and written communication skills in English
· Result oriented mindset
· Good at handling change
· Proficient with Microsoft office, MS Project and AutoCAD
