AmazonではSite Maintenance Sr. Area Manager(SAM)として活躍いただけるリーダーシップに優れ、生産設備または物流設備のエンジニアリング経験がある方を求めています。
組織、予算、プロジェクトの管理に携わるため、マネジメント経験を持つエンジニアを求めています。具体的には機械工学、電気工学、生産工学、制御工学の知識があるエンジニア、生産工場での設備改善・品質改善の経験があるエンジニアです。
Amazonのフルフィルメントセンター(FC)は他例無い程に自動化が進んでおり、多様な設備・装置があります。メンテナンスチームはFCの設備・装置のメンテナンスだけでなく、性能の改善、生産性改善をも担当しています。
SAMは設備安定稼働・性能改善・生産性改善等のチーム活動をリードします。幅広い技術知識とマネジメント能力の両方が必要な仕事です。SAMは担当するFCの設備・装置の状態を分析して改善プロジェクト策定し実行する責任があります。さらに、その成果を他のFC(海外含)に発信し、アマゾンの発展に貢献する役割があります。もちろん、メンテナンスの予算計画、人員計画を策定・実行する責任もあります。

1:40% 生産設備、物流設備の生産性、稼働率、品質、コストおよび安全の改善活動
2:30% 生産設備、物流設備の修理・メンテナンスおよび予防保全業務
3:10% 改善のための設備メーカーとの折衝、作業監督・工事監督
4:10% 優秀な人材の採用、メンバーの評価、シフト作成、人事管理と労務管理
5: 5% メンテナンステクニシャンへの教育・トレーニング実施
6: 5% 部品購買業務と在庫管理業務。資産管理業務

Basic Qualifications
5 年以上のマネージャー経験(または 6 年以上のチームリーダー経験)
5 年以上の装置メンテナンス経験または装置製造経験
5 年以上の機械部品(モーター・エアシリンダー・動力伝達機構・バルブなど)、 電気部品(インバータ ー・光学センサー・BCR・温度センサーなど)、制御機器(PLC・サーボアンプ・タッチパネル・調節計 など)の取扱経験
労働安全衛生基礎知識 (法規の理解、製造工場・生産設備での安全知識)
以下のいずれかの工学基礎知識: 機械工学、電気工学、生産工学(生産性、稼働率、故障率などの理解) 制御工学(フィードバック制御、サーボ制御の理解)
Preferred Qualifications
5 年以上の PLC を使った制御・通信のプログラミング経験
5 年以上の物流設備メンテナンス経験または物流機器製造経験
5 年以上の物流設備の改善、フィールドサポート経験
5 年以上の装置開発経験または装置設計経験
5 年以上の装置メンテナンス経験または装置製造経験
5 年以上の装置改善、フィールドサポート経験
