PDSは、オフィスの内装工事、データセンターの開発、資本的改善、施設改修など、複雑な建設プロジェクトの全体管理業務を担いながら、戦略的なプロジェクト推進、ステークホルダーとの連携、計画から実行までの全工程に関与し、プロジェクトを成功に導きます。また、クライアント,コンサルタント,施工業者との協働も重要な役割です。PDSは、プロジェクト全体をリード・マネジメントする「PMチーム」、ワークプレイスストラテジー、設計監修及びデザイン品質管理を行う「デザインチーム」、工事スケジュール及び施工品質管理を行う「CM(Construction Management)チーム」に分けられます。

主な業務内容
PDSデザインチームの一員として、オフィス、商業、ホスピタリティ、物流、複合施設等の多岐にわたる様々な用途のプロジェクトにおいて、外部のローカル設計者やデザイナーを技術的・戦略的な観点から主導し、プロジェクトを遂行します。 クライアントが求める予算、スケジュール、および要求事項に基づき、質疑事項およびマスタースケジュールの策定。その後、Test-fitの作成や外部パートナーとの協業において、基本設計・実施設計と設計図書の精緻なレビューやデザイン品質管理、および社内CMチームとの連携を通じた現場監理サポートを行い、プロジェクトを確実に成功へと導きます。設計実務のプロフェッショナルとして、外部リソースを的確にマネジメントしつつ、クライアントの創造性とビジネス目標を的確に捉え、それを空間に反映させることで、期待を超える品質とクライアントのニーズを具現化する重要な役割を担います。
業務詳細
クライアントと直接向き合う協働型マネジメントチームのメンバーとして、デザインマネージャーや、PDS Japanのプロジェクト・建設マネージャーと連携しながらプロジェクトを推進します。
Envisioning(構想策定)からプロジェクトの実行フェーズに至るまで、各案件におけるコンセプトデザインの方向性をリードします。
プロジェクト進行中に発生し得る課題をいち早く察知し、主体的に対応策を講じ、社内チームと協力して解決へ導きます。
プロジェクトの進捗状況、スケジュールのマイルストーン、潜在的なリスクなどを定期的にマネージャーおよび関係チームへ報告し、透明性のある情報共有を行います。
建築家、インテリアデザイナー、BIMスペシャリスト、MEPエンジニア、ICTエンジニアなど、専門性の異なるメンバーで構成されたチームの成果物を総合的に監督・マネジメントします。
デザインチームのマネージャーに対して、明確な情報共有を定期的に行い、連絡、報告、相談を必要に応じて主体的に示すとともに、成果物のレビューやフィードバックを通じて多角的に品質向上を図ります。
プログラミング、スペーススタディ、法規分析など、プロジェクトに必要な機能要件を整理・定義し、設計の基盤を構築します。
Revit等を活用し、プログラミング、レイアウト設計、設計責任者(AoR)への引き渡し資料、運用計画など、外部設計者がデザインを進めるために必要なコンセプトおよび初期デザインパッケージを作成します。
各専門設計責任者(AOR)、構造設計責任者(EOR)、施工会社など外部パートナーとの連携を主導し、建築基準法、ゾーニング規制、関連法令などを遵守した施工図面の品質管理および監修業務。
求められる技能、資格及び経歴
- プロジェクトの設計主担当として設計から施工までのプロセス全体を通じて、明確なゴールをクライアントと共有・理解を得ながらプロジェクトを完遂した経験が3年以上ある方。
- オフィス空間、商業施設やホスピタリティ空間における設計・図面作成の経験が3年以上ある方。(物流倉庫、複合用途住宅、文化施設、教育機関での経験も歓迎します)
- 外資系企業のクライアント相手にオフィス空間、商業施設やホスピタリティ空間における設計・図面作成業務が1年以上ある方。
- 建築士、インテリアデザインの資格を有する方
- 建築基準法、関係条例、ゾーニング規制など、日本の関連法令に関する知識と経験を有する方
- クライアントからの要望やプロジェクトの予算管理、スケジュール管理におけるマイルストーンの設定、外部パートナーと連携しながら、計画工程の達成と納品の確実性担保できる方
- 自ら考え行動できる主体性と前向きな姿勢を持ち、フィードバックを柔軟に受け入れる成長意欲の高い方
- 優れたタイムマネジメント能力を持ち、複数のプロジェクトを同時に進行できる方
- 口頭・文書・ビジュアルなど状況に応じたコミュニケーショ手段を判断し、提供できる方
- 上記要求を英語(ビジネスレベル)および日本語で対応できる方(両言語必須)
- 以下のソフトウェアを使ったことがある、もしくは学んだことがある方
- Vectorworks、Revit(BIM)、SketchUp、Escape(いずれかに精通していると尚良い)
