About this Role
We are actively seeking Interior Designers to join CCD's Tokyo office, this role involves delivering high-end interior design solutions for our prestigious clients, including but not limited to hospitality brands, luxury developers, and global corporations. As part of CCD's designers' team, you will shape creative ideas, foster strong client relationships, and drive projects from concept to completion.
Location:
1Chöme-5 - 2 Hirakawachö, Chiyoda, City, Tokyo , Japan.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for different project design;
- Work with the material engineer to determine the matching of the main materials of the hard suit and the space color, draw the manuscript of the renderings and follow up the effects of the renderings;
- Communicate the scheme with the design director in a timely manner, and maintain good communication with the owner until the scheme is determined;
- At the beginning of design expansion, draw the manuscript of construction drawing and follow up the quality of construction drawing;
- Project construction tracking, effectively solve problems in the construction and improve the design.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of working experience in scheme design, bachelor's degree or above, majoring in interior design and architecture;
- Rich experience in designing large-scale decoration projects such as five-star hotels, houses, villas, sales offices, shopping malls, and office buildings;
- Strong scheme ability, good creativity and spatial thinking, and strong hand-drawing ability;
- Able to independently complete the overall planning, independent design cases, and the designs are bold and innovative.
Fluency in Japanese (D2).
