Job Title: Truck Cabin Interior Design
Required Experience: 8+ Years
JLPT: N4/N3
Responsibilities
- Mechanical Engineer with 8-10 Years of relevant Experience in Interior design and Development of Trucks / Off way Vehicles
- Hands on Experience in Vehicle Interiors. Experience in CAD Development of Dashboard, Door trims, Pillar trims, Header panels, Console, Carpet, Etc.
- Excellent experience in CREO
- Experience in Interior Layout design and packaging of various systems
- Creation of master sections, performing different feasibility studies
- Good in Design Considerations of Injection Moulded Parts, Good in Tooling Feasibility study
- Also have experience on FRP/ Composite Panels and thermoformed Parts would be advantages
- Experience of working with large and complex Assemblies
- Experience of Validating the Design through FE Analysis. Interpretation of results and taking counter measures
- Good understanding on Regulatory requirements pertaining to Truck interiors,
- Good Surface modelling Skill and Creation of Manufacturing Drawings
- Understanding of mounting to Cabin BIW for Trucks or Heavy vehicle would be advantage
- Good in Communication (Japan & English) and Presentation skills
- Good in cross functional team coordination
