Job Title: HVAC Design Engineer
Required Experience: 5+ Years
JLPT: N4/N3
Responsibilities
- Mechanical/Automobile Engineer with 5+ Years of relevant Experience of working as HVAC/Climate Control Engineer in Automotive Industry
- Hands on Experience in Designing Components of HVAC for Heavy Vehicle/Trucks/Buses
- Good Experience in designing AC Compressor, AC Condenser, AC Pipes, AC Ducts, etc.
- Proficient in cross functional team coordination - production, supplier, design team, testing team, etc.
- Analyze system requirements for automotive thermal management and HVAC systems
- Understanding of Heat transfer and thermodynamics, with familiarity in heat exchangers, blowers, fans, air control valves and their subsystem interactions
- Proficient in CREO, understanding of Manufacturing Drawings, good knowledge of GD&T
- Good in Design Considerations of Sheet Metal, Castings, Plastics & Fabrications/Welded assemblies
- Experience of working with large and complex Assemblies, can perform layout & packaging activities
- Understanding on Regulatory requirements pertaining to Trucks
