ルネサス車載MCU製品はW/Wシェアでトップクラスを誇ります。W/Wの競争で勝ち残るためには、タイムリーな製品開発とともに信頼性・コスト競争力が必要とされています。今後のシェア拡大に向け短TAT化・品質改善が必須であり、Initiativeかつ Innovativeに製品開発できるエンジニア/リーダーを募集しています。設計はベトナム、インドの設計拠点(言語:英語)と協力して進め、また海外EDAベンダとの協業を通じ最新技術の導入や改良を推し進めており、グローバルに活躍できるエンジニアを歓迎します。
【仕事内容】
自動レイアウト設計、物理レイアウト設計の技術開発、製品適用
【具体的な仕事内容】
- 自動レイアウト設計: 市販レイアウトツールを用いたフロアプラン作成、タイミング考慮の配置&配線
- 物理レイアウト設計: 電気特性の理解に基づいたIO配置、アナログ部品配置、電源設計、及び物理/電源検証
★自動レイアウト設計、物理レイアウト設計いずれの場合も、海外拠点と協業

- マニュアル通りにやればいいだけの作業は少なく、どうやって実現するか、あるいはどう効率を改善するかといった自分のオリジナリティを活かせる仕事多数
Qualifications
【MUST】
- 5年以上のレイアウト設計(自動レイアウト設計または物理レイアウト設計)経験
- 英語を使用する業務に前向きな方
【WANT】
- 実務での英語利用経験
