【基本使命】
本ポジションは、以下の方法でGPS(Global Product Supply部門)の使命と目標の達成に貢献することを基本使命とする。
- GPSの目標設定やKPIのモニタリングに関する議論の調整・促進
- 必要なデータやインサイトを収集・分析し、持続可能な成長のための製品供給戦略のアイデア立案・実行リード
- 新製品関連プロジェクトの主導、およびそれらのプロジェクトに関する議論やプロセスの管理・促進
- 内部ガバナンスの強化に向けたアイデアの創出と提案
- GPSマネジメントおよびCPSOの戦略的パートナーとして活動
【成果責任・役割責任】
(カウンターパート:GPSマネジメント、製造拠点のリーダーを含むGPS機能の責任者、商業戦略など本社機能、R&D/CMCの責任者など)
- GPS活動に関する年間および中長期目標の設定とモニタリング
- 本社チームとGPS間のディスカッションを調整する。
- GPS各機能からのインプットを取りまとめ、GPS目標設定に向けた整合性を確保する。
- GPSマネジメント内での議論を促進し、KPI設定とモニタリングを支援する。
- 設備投資を含む長期的な供給戦略と計画
- 長期需要予測、設備ライフサイクル管理、品質要件、将来のパイプライン、新技術などに関するインサイトやデータを収集・分析する。
- 自社設備の最適な活用レベル、拠点間のSKU再配置、自社設備投資計画、CMO活用などに関するアイデアを策定・提案する。
- 新製品上市および新たなビジネス機会に向けたプロセス改善
- R&D/CMCを含むステークホルダー機能と連携し、製造拠点決定のための事業評価(BCE)を実施する。
- 事業開発プロジェクトや機会に関するデューデリジェンス(DD)を実施する。
- 上記の新規ビジネス機会に関するGPS内のレビュー・意思決定プロセスを強化するためのアイデアを策定・提案する。
- GPS内の課題をタイムリーに把握し、解決に導く
- GPS内の定例・臨時会議体を含む内部ガバナンスのより良い設計に関するアイデアを策定・提案する。
- GPSマネジメント会議での議論を促進・記録し、ステークホルダーへのフォローアップを行う。
- その他
- PSSP責任者やCPSOなど上位マネジメントから随時割り当てられるその他の課題に取り組む。
資格
<必須学歴・経験>
- サプライチェーンマネジメント、化学、薬学、経営学、その他関連分野の学士号(修士号またはMBAが望ましい)
- 技術オペレーション/製品供給環境での5年以上の経験
- (サプライチェーン管理、生産、新製品導入管理(オペレーショナルレディネス)、CMO管理、製造拠点での業務など)
<必須スキル>
- プロジェクトマネジメントまたは機能別パフォーマンス管理
- KPI設定とモニタリング
- 問題解決スキル
- 幅広いステークホルダーと協働するためのコミュニケーションスキル
- 財務/管理会計(製品原価に関する専門知識があれば尚可)
- ビジネスレベルの英語/日本語
- Excel、PowerPoint、コミュニケーションツールの高度なスキル
<必須コンピテンシー>
- 製薬ビジネスの理解(製造、サプライチェーン、GMP、製品開発に関する経験・専門知識があれば尚可)
- 自発的でプロフェッショナルであること
- 幅広いステークホルダーと協働できるチームプレイヤーであり、リーダーシップスキルを有すること
