仕事内容


「うしごろ」の店長候補として、特別なひとときを提供する店舗運営の中心を担うお仕事です。

お客様に最高の体験をしていただくため、店舗全体のサービス品質・オペレーション・スタッフ育成を統括し、

"うしごろブランドの価値"を守りながら店舗を成長へ導いていただきます。

業務内容は多岐にわたりますが、すべては「お客様の満足度を最大化すること」が目的。

入社後は研修や現場でのOJTを通して、飲食店の運営ノウハウからマネジメントスキルまでしっかりと学べる環境です。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・店舗運営全体の管理

日々の営業が円滑に進むよう、スタッフ配置、仕込み状況、予約管理、店舗レイアウトなどを総合的に把握し、

安定したオペレーションを構築します。忙しい時間帯でも落ち着いて全体を見渡す"マネジメント力"が求められます。

・スタッフ育成・教育プログラムの運用

新入社員・アルバイトの育成、サービス基準の指導、調理スタッフとの連携、チーム力向上のためのミーティング運営などを担当。

スタッフが自信を持って働ける環境をつくることは店長の大きな役割です。

・接客品質の向上・ホスピタリティ管理

うしごろブランドの強みは「商品力×接客力」。

各スタッフがお客様へ最高のサービスを提供できるよう、接客マナー、非言語コミュニケーション、提供スピードなどを確認し、

必要に応じてフィードバックを行います。

・売上管理・原価管理・人件費コントロール

店舗運営に欠かせない数値管理を担当します。

予約状況に応じた仕入れ量の調整、ロス管理、適正な人員配置など、利益を生み出す店舗作りを行います。

数字をもとに改善提案を行うことで、店長として店舗の成長に直結する大きなやりがいを感じられます。

・シフト作成・勤怠管理

スタッフのスキルや稼働状況、店舗の繁忙日を考慮しながら、効率的かつ働きやすいシフトを作成します。

働きやすい環境づくりは、離職率の低下やチーム向上につながります。

・衛生管理・安全管理

うしごろグループの衛生基準に基づき、店舗全体の清掃状況・食材管理・設備の安全確認を行います。

調理場とホールが連携し、常に衛生的で安心できる店舗環境を維持します。

・お客様対応

ご来店時のご挨拶、料理説明、特別な要望への対応、トラブル発生時のフォローなど、

店長としてお客様の満足度を高めるための最前線で動きます。

丁寧で誠実な対応が、お店のファンを増やす重要なポイントです。

・キッチン・ホール業務のフォロー

営業状況に応じて、調理補助・焼き場・配膳・ドリンク作成など現場業務にも参加。

マネージャーとして「現場に強いこと」は大きな武器となります。

・新人店長候補・スタッフの育成

店長候補として、次世代リーダーの育成にも携わります。

研修内容の企画や、スタッフの成長段階に合わせた指導を行い、店舗力の底上げを図ります。

・新メニュー・サービス改善案の提案

現場で得た気づきをもとに、料理の改善提案や新メニュー開発へのフィードバック、

提供オペレーション改善などを行います。

意見やアイデアを歓迎する文化があり、店舗の成長に直接貢献できます。

・厨房・ホールとの連携によるサービス向上

料理の提供タイミング、火入れ状態の確認、ホールからの要望の共有など、

店舗全体でお客様満足度を高めるための「橋渡し役」として動きます。

月給260000円〜500000円
