職務目的(Job Purpose)

保険事業において、アンダーライティングは中核かつ不可欠な要素です。アンダーライターによる意思決定は、保険会社の損益に直接影響を及ぼします。
日本において、経営保険商品は市場が急速に成長しているものの、まだ成熟段階にある商品です。アンダーライターには、実際のアンダーライティングだけでなく、販売促進や研修など、個々の貢献が期待されています。
事業品質を維持し、革新的な商品を市場に提供し、収益性の高い成長を実現するために、こうした業務に注力できる適切な人材を求めています。

職責(Job Responsibilities)

ファイナンシャルラインのアンダーライターとして、法人顧客向けの保険契約条件の決定を行います。
経営保険の主要商品は、D&O、専門職賠償責任保険、サイバー保険、雇用慣行賠償責任保険、クライム保険などです。候補者はこれらの商品を幅広く扱うだけでなく、特定の事業分野をリードすることも期待されます。
アンダーライターとして、顧客、ブローカー、代理店と交渉を行います。
アンダーライティングだけでなく、マーケティング活動や商品開発も業務に含まれます。
アンダーライターグループを管理し、専門知識を提供することでサポートする責任を負う場合があります。
