【職務目的】
CF戦略統括部 部長は担当TA/ブランドにおいて、マーケティング、営業、他CF関連部門と協業し、ストラテジストとして、ブランドプラン、POAの策定に貢献し、POA完遂によるKBの達成を牽引します。またCFSPにおけるリーダーシップメンバーとして、CFSPの組織運営、次世代のリーダー育成の責任を担います。
【主な役割と責任】
- MK/メディカル/AHP/CM等関係部署との協業を通じた、担当TAのブランドプラン、POAの策定支援(戦略的知見、アドバイスの提供)、POA完遂によるブランドプラン・KBの達成
- KPI、各種データ分析に基づくプロモーション活動、CF社員の生産性・効率性向上
- 担当TA含むAcross TAの視点による最適なCFリーソースアロケーション、テリトリー計画策定支援
- Operational Excellenceを意識した経費の適正な配分・運用
- 他部門、関係部門との緊密な連携によるGTMxの推進、最高の顧客体験の提供
- CF トランスフォーメーションの企画、プロジェクトデリバリー/リーダーシップ
- CF活動におけるリスクマネジメント、インテグリティを遵守した組織文化の醸成
- CF組織全体へのPfizerカルチャーの浸透
- CFSPにおける次世代のリーダーの育成

【経験】
- 経営コンサルタント業務相当5年以上または営業戦略業務相当5年以上
- 製薬会社での営業経験が望ましい
- マーケティング業務、その他本社業務経験が望ましい
- ラインマネージャー経験者が望ましい
【語学力】
- TOEIC730点以上(CASEC換算可)
- 英語におけるコミュニケーションがOral/Writing共にビジネスレベル以上
【学歴/資格】
- 学士以上
- 経営学修士(MBA)を取得していることが望ましい
- GJL090以上
