主な職務と責任

社内外ステークホルダーとの協力によるブランドプランの立案とその実行推進

  • 営業活動計画(POA)の策定
  • KPI設定と評価検証、結果に基づくプラン修正のサイクルの実行、管理
  • 市場分析(売上、施設、顧客インサイト、市場調査)
  • KOL/顧客との協業関係構築とインサイト収集
  • イベント、マテリアル(デジタル含む)の企画、制作、管理と効果測定
  • 社内外ステークホルダーとのプロジェクト管理
  • 売上、需要予測(短期、中長期)
  • 経費予算管理

Pfizer Oncology Division serves as a growth driver for Pfizer's business, contributing to improving the lives and treatment outcomes of many cancer patients through innovative medicines. In the hematologic malignancies, continued growth is expected—including a robust pipeline—starting with the launch of Elrexfio, a treatment for multiple myeloma launched in 2024.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop brand plan and drive execution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop action plan(POA) for customer facing colleagues
  • Design and evaluate KPIs, manage the cycle of plan revisions based on results
  • Conduct market analysis (sales data, facilities, customer insights, market research data)
  • Build collaborative relationships and gather insights from KOLs/customers
  • Plan, create, manage, and measure the effectiveness of events and materials (including digital)
  • Manage projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast revenue and demand supply (short, medium, and long term)
  • Manage budget and expenses of marketing

Qualifications and skills:

The following qualifications and skills for agile and accurate execution, in addition, a strong desire for further growth as brand manager.

  • Leadership and ownership
  • Excellent communication skills in cross-functional or complex environments
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Presentation skills
  • High sense of ethics and compliance awareness
  • English communication skills(TOEIC score >700)

Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing, or at least 2 years of experience in the oncology field (experience in the hematology field preferred).

Work Location: Tokyo (Shinjuku)
