Asset & Launch Excellence Lead, Hematology
MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:
The Asset and Launch Excellence Lead is responsible for maximizing the assets value prior to and after launch.
More specifically, The Asset and Launch Excellence Lead drives and align the cross functional activities to ensure successful launch (e.g., Marketing, Medical, Sales Force, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain…), growth piloting and further driver identification.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build / follow the Product Launch Plans for our Assets in Hematology (currently Tibsovo AML and future commercialized asset like Menin inhibitor)
Align functions on launch readiness activities regarding medical, access, supply, commercial (including regulatory, market access & pricing)
Aggregate Operational / Field insights & activities, to feed the strategic and tactical orientations.
Identify, anticipate and lift cross-functional levers & roadblocks for future commercial success.
Cascade Global orientations / decisions / event / information.
Drive the product sales forecast and ensure of adequate supply forecast / readiness.
Establish the relevant local KPI / Dashboards
Monitor local launch readiness, resources, performance to identify corrective actions and act on them. Monitor Launch Plan execution in the first months.
Identify with other functions future growth drivers.
THE PERSON – IDEAL PROFILE
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in business, medical or life-science
Hard skills/ Expertise:
Ideally + 10 years' experience in Pharma Industry in commercial and/or management position in Oncology
Good balance of Strategic thinking / Operational drive
Experienced in various domains (ex : commercial, field force, diagnosis, access,…)
Ability to work cross functionally
Project management
Analytical skills
Good level of in English
