Marketing & Launch Excellence Lead (Japan)
Key Responsibilities

Launch Excellence (40%) – Support implementation of a unified launch framework, analyze launch plans, identify risks/gaps, build KPIs and dashboards, and drive consistent execution quality.

Marketing Excellence (40%) – Assess marketing capabilities, localize global frameworks and training, develop toolkits and playbooks, deliver workshops, and promote best-practice sharing and test-and-learn initiatives.

Field Execution & HCP Engagement (20%) – Support capability building for in-field roles, refine competencies and KPIs, and assist speaker development and content quality.
Requirements

MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.

7+ years of experience in pharma marketing, launch excellence, commercial excellence, or consulting, with a strong focus on capability building.

Proven project management skills and experience executing launch strategies.

Strong change-management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
-
High proficiency in data-driven decision making, analytics, and strategic problem solving.

Ability to assess marketing functions, design strategic solutions, and present complex ideas clearly.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption of new capabilities.

Strong interpersonal skills; fluent in both Japanese and English.

Ability to manage ambiguity, collaborate cross-functionally, and build strong internal/external relationships.

Track record of driving change quickly and effectively; ability to engage opinion leaders.
