仕事内容
カスタマーサクセス / 広告運用・オペレーション構築(Growth Tech)
【仕事内容】
【主な業務内容】
(1) 新規立ち上げ案件(オンボーディング):70%
- CARU(弊社サービス)シナリオ設計: ターゲットに合わせた訴求軸やシナリオの企画・設計
- クリエイティブディレクション: デザイナーと連携し、効果の出るクリエイティブを制作進行
- 顧客対応・進行管理: クライアントと密に連携し、配信開始までのスケジュール管理と調整
(2) 既存案件の効果改善(グロース):30%
- 現状分析および課題の抽出
- 改善施策の立案・提案
- 実際の運用調整およびPDCAサイクル
(3) オペレーション構築・その他
- 沖縄オペレーションチームの業務フロー設計、マニュアル化
- 請求関連業務(請求書発行・管理など)
