【募集ポジション概要】

社会を動かすような新しいクリエイティブを、企画・実行まで一貫して担う「体験プランナー」を募集します。

サイバーエージェントの強みであるインターネット広告の知見を活かしながらも、その枠組みを飛び越え、ブランドの課題を解決する手段として様々な手法を組み合わせた企画を立案します。

例えば、Webメディアや広告を起点とした「新しいプロダクト開発」、リアルな空間での「体験インスタレーションや展示」、社会課題解決に繋がる「ソーシャルプロジェクト」など、多岐にわたるプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

【主な業務内容】

・クライアントの課題に対する企画立案、コンセプト設計

・新しい体験価値を創出するインスタレーションやイベントの企画、実行

・社会課題解決を目的としたプロジェクトの企画、実行

・Webサービスやアプリ、リアル施設などのプロダクト・事業開発

・テクノロジーを活用した新しい広告表現やメディアの開発

【必須要件】

・体験型のイベントや施設でのプランニング経験4年以上

・体験や空間設計〜企画実行まで一貫して担った経験

・体験や空間設計の企画経験がある

【求める人物像】

・「企画」に主軸を置きたい方: 単なるディレクションではなく、自ら課題を設定し、アイデアをゼロから生み出すことに情熱を持てる方

・自走力とやり抜く力がある方: 企画から制作まで、責任を持ってプロジェクトを完遂できる方

・手段に捉われず課題を解決できる方: CMプランナーなど特定の職種に限定せず、クライアントや社会の課題を解決するために最適な手法を柔軟に考え、実行できる方
