その中核を担い、CS組織を次のフェーズへ導く人材を募集します。

【仕事内容】

・オンボーディング設計・運用

・既存顧客の活用支援、アダプション推進

・アップセル/クロスセルの企画・実行

・CSメンバーのマネジメント、育成

・顧客の声をプロダクト改善へ還元する仕組みづくり

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

  • フレックスタイム制

・標準時間 9:00〜18:00(標準労働 8時間)

・フレックスコアタイム 11:00~15:00

・休憩時間 60分

※始業及び終業の時刻は労働者の決定に委ねる。

  • 所定時間外労働の有無

あり(平均残業:月10時間程度)

※時間外・休日労働の限度時間は、時間外・休日労働に関する労使協定による。

基本給:月給 54万2000円 〜 70万8000円

固定残業代:なし
