As a S2P manager, responsible for all aspects on payment with management of outsourcing team (Genpact team and contractor)

Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Manage outsourcing team and make sure to deliver payment operations in compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as company's policies and standards, within stipulated timeframe
  • Ensure all transactions are met to company KPIs
  • Strong communication with the Global treasury team to prevent any risks on cash receipts and payments
  • Establish and drive efficient S2P processes
  • Establish robust Finance compliance on S2P, using insightful analysis of data, and ensure all transactions and activities are compliant with applicable rules through proactive communication to stakeholders.
  • Lead S2P related projects (e.g. SAP Ariba acceleration)

    • Education & Qualifications

  • Fluent in Japanese and professional sufficiency in English for day to day communication with global team
  • University Degree
  • Proven work experience as finance at least 3 years in multinational company
  • Experience working in Pharma industry (Preferable)

    • Skills :

    Must Have

  • 3 years of experience in finance and accounting department
  • Knowledge and experience with IFRS or Japanese GAAP
  • Team Management skills to train, develop and manage outsourcing team responsible for SAP operations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders, bank and vendors
  • Ability to drive improvement and change projects to existing processes/systems in place (SAP)
  • Business Level English, Native Level Japanese

  • Advanced Excel user
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Tax knowledge (e.g. withholding tax)
