小型SAR衛星の開発・運用からコンステレーションを構築しデータを生成し提供しています。また独自のデータ解析能力を用いて世界が抱える様々な課題に対して、データに基づいたソリューションを提供しています。

主な事業内容は、小型SAR衛星と関連システムの開発・製造・打上を通じた衛星コンステレーションの運用と、その取得データの販売、そしてデータ解析ソリューションの開発・販売です。

  • English here The company is a solution provider with its own SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) satellite constellation. It constructs and operates a constellation through the development and operation of small SAR satellites, generating and providing data. Using proprietary data analysis capabilities, Synspective offers data-driven solutions to various global challenges. The main business activities include the operation of a satellite constellation through the development, manufacturing, and launch of small SAR satellites and related systems. This encompasses the sale of acquired data and the development and sale of data analysis solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

管理部は本社、工場、海外支店に勤務される、多様なバックグラウンドをもつ従業員を横断して支えている部門です。各ユニット、IPOの準備や支店設立など協力して行っています。IPO準備に伴い、現メンバーと共にCFO直下で財務業務、またはIR業務、もしくはその両方を行ってくれる方を探しています。

現メンバーとの業務分担は、ご自身のご経験やご希望される業務によってフレキシブルに行っていただけます。

人数構成:

  • 管理部門全体で20名。その中の経理ユニットは3名
  • 応募枠のファイナンスユニットは現在1名所属しています

累計調達額228億超のスタートアップで、エクイティ・デット両方の資金調達や国内外IRをお任せします。

具体的には:

  • 財務戦略の立案・企画
  • 株式投資家(国内/海外)向けIR
  • 上場後は適切な情報開示、IRミーティングなどイベントの企画・運営

  • English The Administration Department supports employees with diverse backgrounds working at the head office, factories, and overseas branches. Each unit collaborates on tasks such as IPO preparation and branch establishment. With IPO preparations underway, they are seeking someone under the CFO who can handle financial and/or IR tasks, or both, along with the current team members. The distribution of tasks among current members can be flexible based on their own experience and desired responsibilities. Personnel Composition:
    • 20 members in the Administration Department. The Accounting Unit consists of three members.
    • The Finance Unit, for which applications are being accepted, currently has one member.
    You will be responsible for equity and debt fundraising as well as domestic and international investor relations (IR) for a startup with cumulative fundraising exceeding 22.8 billion yen. Specifically:
    • Formulating and planning financial strategies
    • IR for shareholders (domestic/overseas)
    • Planning and managing events such as appropriate information disclosure and IR meetings post-listing
    Scope of long-term changes in duties: Within the Administration Department
    • You will have the opportunity to experience finance from pre-listing to post-listing in a startup.
    • Working directly under a CFO who is a certified public accountant, you will have discretion while closely interacting with shareholders and management.
    • Task distribution can be flexible, depending on your desired career plan, in collaboration with a team member (1 person).

Minimum Requirements

(2) 日常会話以上の英語力

(3) 週1~2日程度は出社できる方

(4) 以下どれかの経験・資格をお持ちの方

  • 上場企業で1年以上のIR経験
  • 事業会社で3年以上の財務実務経験
  • 公認会計士
  • English (1) Interest in both finance and IR (2) English proficiency at least at the conversational level (3) Able to come to the office 1-2 days per week (4) Experience or qualification in one of the following:
    • 1 year or more of IR experience in a listed company
    • 3 years or more of financial practice experience in a business company
    • Certified public accountant

Preferred Requirements

  • 機関投資家とのコミュニケーション経験
  • IR資料の作成経験もしくは同等のスキル
  • 英文会計、英文IR資料の作成経験
  • English
    • Experience in communicating with institutional investors
    • Experience in creating IR materials or equivalent skills
    • Experience in preparing financial statements and IR materials in English

【Range of Location Changes】

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY

  • Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
  • Personnel evaluation system every 6 months

Hours: Flextime system

  • Core time from 11:00 - 15:00
  • 2 days off a week (weekends) including Japanese public holidays
  • 10 days of paid time leave granted first year with an increment of 1 day every following year (ex. 11 days in the second year) up to a maximum in accordance with Japans labor laws.

Probation: 3 months
