As the AI Engineer for our innovative tech company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-driven solutions.
You will collaborate closely with a team of skilled software engineers, ensuring the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI models and algorithms.
Your expertise will be crucial in driving innovation, enhancing the intelligence of our products, and maintaining the highest standards of performance and reliability.
[Position Outline/Request Summary]As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our internal processes and product offerings through AI.
Initially, your focus will be on developing and refining an innovative AI-powered tool for HR, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to intelligently screen CVs, significantly enhancing our recruitment efficiency and accuracy.
Beyond this, you will drive the integration of AI across various operations, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.Your advanced expertise will be crucial in shaping intelligent solutions that streamline workflows, decision-making, and maintain the highest standards of performance and reliability across our evolving AI landscape.
[Responsibilities/Duties]Your primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models, with an initial emphasis on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for intelligent CV screening within our HR recruitment tool.
This includes meticulous data preparation, model training, fine-tuning, and performance evaluation to ensure high accuracy and fairness.You will also identify and implement AI solutions for broader operational automation, collaborating closely with various departments to understand their needs and integrate AI effectively.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for deploying and monitoring AI models in production, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement, while championing best practices in MLOps and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Required skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher (Masters or Ph.
- Programming Skills: Strong Python & SQL skills.
- Experience with deployment and training of Machine Learning models and MLOps tooling (MLFlow, Seldon, etc.
- Machine Learning Frameworks: Comfortable working with various machine learning frameworks and selecting the appropriate framework for the job.
- Production Experience: At least 3 years of experience in shipping production Data Science/Machine Learning applications, covering the full spectrum from data pipelines to model training and inference (both batch and realtime), and tracking/observability.
Desired skills:
- Experience with performance profiling and tuning
- Experience developing with distributed, scalable and highavailable applications
- Knowledge about applications using GPU, Machine Learning, Deep Learning
- Experience working with orchestration tools (airflow, kubeflow, etc)
