お問い合わせ件数の増加や既存顧客の拡大に伴い、採用成功につながる"質の高い商談"をつくる反響対応メインのインサイドセールス(テレアポ)機能を強化しています。

今回募集するのは、商談創出の最前線で成果を出しながら、ゆくゆくは管理・運営も担うSV責任者候補のポジション。

問い合わせ企業や過去取引企業へアプローチし、

採用課題のヒアリング~商談設計~フィールドセールスへの連携までを担当します。

<主な業務>

  • 商談創出(反響対応・ナーチャリング)管理・運営(段階的に担当)

・KPI設計/運用(接続率・有効商談化率・リードタイム・再架電設計など)

・応対品質のモニタリング、フィードバック、育成(ロープレ・研修設計)

・シフト/稼働管理、業務の標準化・仕組み化

・反響対応の優先順位設計、対応漏れ防止の運用改善

・マーケ/FSとの連携強化(リード定義・商談要件の最適化)

「アポを取る仕事」ではなく、"採用成功に直結する商談を生み出す仕事"です。

単なる架電数ではなく、業界/職種ごとの採用トレンドを踏まえた仮説設計、トーク改善、ナーチャリング設計まで一気通貫で磨けるのが特徴です。

反響対応メインのポジションとして「商談創出の最前線」で成果を出しながら、ゆくゆくはSVや責任者としてチームの成果最大化(育成・KPI・仕組み化)にも挑戦可能。

さらに、コンテンツ企画、広告運用との連携など「マーケ×営業」の上流にも関われます。

給与


月給 252,800円 ~ (※想定年収 3,100,000円 ~ )

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

※これまでのご経験や能力、前職の給与や年齢等を考慮した上で決定いたします。
