Role Overview
This role supports APAC regional marketing operations with a primary base in Japan.
The position focuses on marketing planning, content workflow coordination, and partner liaison to ensure timely delivery and availability of promotional assets across multiple APAC markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport APAC marketing planning by coordinating campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
Manage end-to-end content workflows, including briefing, localization, reviews, and final asset delivery.
Act as the key liaison between regional marketing teams, local partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure marketing and promotional assets are localized, approved, and available on time for Japan and other assigned APAC markets.
Coordinate with regional stakeholders to adapt global campaigns for local market needs.
Track campaign progress, flag risks, and follow up on outstanding actions.
Maintain marketing calendars, asset repositories, and documentation.
Support reporting and post-campaign reviews to identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or campaign management.
Strong understanding of marketing workflows and content management processes.
Japanese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Business-level English for regional collaboration.
Experience working with cross-market or regional stakeholders is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
